Soup: Brunswick Stew
Tender chicken and flavorful smoked pork butt are gently simmered with a medley of onions, carrots, celery, bell peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, corn, and lima beans until they reach a rich, satisfying perfection. This hearty dish is accompanied by a fresh, homemade Lambert’s-style yeast roll, perfect for soaking up every delicious bite.
Sandwich: Chicken Parm Panini
Indulge in this classic creation featuring crispy chicken, gooey cheese, and hearty tomato sauce, sure to evoke warm memories of holidays spent at Noni’s house. Our unique twist features all these delights nestled between ciabatta rolls, grilled to panini perfection. Pair it with your choice of chips for a satisfying meal!
Pasta: Cincinnati Chili - Healthy Option
Ground turkey breast gently cooked with vibrant green bell peppers, aromatic yellow onions, and garlic, brought to life with a splash of white wine and succulent peeled Italian tomatoes. Enhanced with chicken stock and finished off with zesty capers, this dish takes a delightful turn by swapping traditional spaghetti for nutrient-rich chickpea Rotini pasta. We kept the flavors fresh and lively with a sprinkle of oregano and a touch of chiffonade basil.
Entrée: Chicken Fried Steak
You can't get much more Southern than this! Tender cube steaks are coated in a well-seasoned flour mix, reminiscent of the best fried chicken, then sautéed to a delightful golden crisp. They’re served up with a rich gravy made from those tasty pan drippings, alongside creamy mashed potatoes and bacon-infused black-eyed peas (yes, that's a thing!).
