Soup: Mardi Gras Gumbo Ya-Ya

Savor the rich, bold flavors of a traditional gumbo that comes alive with tender chicken, zesty Tasso ham, and smoky andouille sausage. Prepared slowly in true Cajun style, this dish blends onions, peppers, celery, and a handful of secret spices that elevate the taste to another level. It's beautifully garnished with fluffy white rice and accompanied by delightful Creole hush puppies for the perfect finishing touch.

Sandwich: Bourban Street Muffuletta

Get ready to enjoy our twist on the legendary sandwich that hails from Central Grocery in New Orleans! We begin with a unique muffuletta roll, freshly baked in New Orleans, and stack it generously with deli ham, Genoa salami, capicola, and provolone cheese. To top it off, we add a zesty olive salad that we make right here in-house, creating a truly remarkable sandwich experience. It’s served with your choice of chips on the side!

Entrée: Shrimp and Crawfish Etoufée

Shrimp and crawfish tails are drenched in a decadent sauce made from sautéed onions, celery, garlic, fresh tomatoes, bell pepper, and a blend of bold Cajun spices, finished off with a splash of cream. This dish comes with Stompin’ Cheese Grits on the side. It’s not for the timid!

Dessert: Powdered Beignuets with Honey Drizzle - $3
