Welcome to the Lion Life at Wallace State Community College!

As we begin the Spring 2026 semester, there’s a renewed sense of energy and excitement across campus. For many students, this term marks the final stretch toward graduation or transfer to a four-year university. At the same time, we welcome new students who are just beginning their college experience. Starting college is a major milestone, and Wallace State is committed to helping you feel at home and supported every step of the way. Whether you're entering college for the first time, retraining for a new career, a dual enrollment student, or completing a GED and embarking on a career pathway, you’ll find your place here.

These experiences allow students to gain valuable skills and income while completing their credentials. Visit our Center for Career and Workforce Development to learn more.

Construction is underway on the new STEM Gateway building, which will house first-year courses, a digital resource center, and the Culinary Arts program. New facilities for Machine Tool Technology and Advanced Automotive are also in development, reflecting our commitment to providing cutting-edge learning environments.
